PVD technology by SHM
There are two methods in principal used for PVD coating of tools and indexable inserts. There are CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition) and PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition).
Analyses
Hardness is defined as a material resistance against penetration introduced object. Different shapes of objects characterize standard material hardness – HB, HRC, HV, etc.and determine it.
