Tool treatment before coating

We assess which pre-coating treatment technology is suitable for your tools and we apply it. We can offer and combine treatment of microsanding, cutting edges microtreatment in a special media, cleaning holes by compressed steem, wet washing in an ultrasound, pressure washning and different ways of ion cleaning in  the first stage of the coating proces.

MECHANICAL TREATMENT OF EDGES BEFORE COATING

We offer a micro-treatment of HSS tool edges before coating in OTEC tumbling machine. The treatment is done in special abrasive medium, where the rough tool edges are deliberately rounded. This technology is overall tool-friendly.
