Together with the service of recoating we offer an enlarged technology of tool surface treatment before the actual coating process. It is mainly microblasting, supplementary degreasing and cleaning in pressed steam.

As a integral part of our services we offer technical assistance when introducing, testing or expanding applications of our PVD coatings on your tools.
Tool treatment before coating
We assess which pre-coating treatment technology is suitable for your tools and we apply it. We can offer and combine treatment of microsanding, cutting edges microtreatment in a special media, cleaning holes by caompressed steem, wet washing in an ultrasound, pressure washning and different ways of ion cleaning in the first stage of the coating proces.
Stripping
We provide stripping of old PVD coatings from metal tools. It is a pre-treatment of tools before coating. The principle of this pre-treatment lies in chemical corroding of worn PVD coating without disruption of tool material.
Cutting applications testing
We offer a optimalization of “tool – coating” combination on our milling machine where we are able to test milling and drilling.
